Virtually all the company shares are owned by the holding "Europetrol Group nv". This group primarily invests in bunker related activities, such as trading in oil, and buying and selling of bunkers to vessels. The group also holds shares in Egalité Shipping, Cosmos Tankers, Unitankers, Pontus Tankers, and Eline Tankers.
Real estate is also one of the core activities of the group.
